Answer. Henry is the prologue kidnapper, a large yellow lizard. His computer holds PASSWORDS.TXT. You fight him again on the Ending A route.

I split Henry off Ozzie because the old keyword note guessed they were the same person. The Case Closed achievement is about saying the Chameleon's real name. That name is Ozzie.

Defend at the meat on the wall in the late fight, then the lights-out trigger belongs to Ending A.
