How to Get Into the Rat House

Answer. There is no map label rat house in the sources I checked. The matching place is Nibbles's room, opened with the lockpick.

The Basic Text Walkthrough calls this the Beartha and Nibbles objective. Visit the mayor's building in Timesville, go upstairs, and use the beach lockpick on the second door on the right.

  1. Lockpick. Dig it up on the beach.
  2. Door. Mayor's building, upstairs, second door on the right.
  3. Inside. A darkroom of Beartha photos. Use them to make Nibbles talk.

Why the page still exists

Run on the wheel and inspect the shrine for evidence. Leave and confront Nibbles about Beartha.

Continue with the beach detector search, returning Beartha's device and obtaining the black rose. The lockpick is not a universal key to every house.
